Someone else’s failure to meet their own needs is not your responsibility. You use what you need to to lessen your pain and function better. And keep this sticker to remind yourself that yeah to the outside world you might be”too young” But knowing your heart that you are doing exactly what you need. And hopefully you stop hearing that comment so often
